#64 Coelomates

Arthropods are coelomates. Bodies can be organized around cellular layers in three different ways: acoelomate, pseudocoelomate and coelmate.
Acoelomate- animal that does not have a body cavity. The interior of this type of animal is the endomeric gut(yellow in figure), and the outer cover of the animal(blue) which are connected by solid tissues of mesoderm(red).
Pseudocoelomate- A cavity that is not completely lined by mesoderm. In pseudocoelomate the mesoderm lines the fluid-filled gut. Also, the endodermic gut is in a fluid.
Coelomate- A cavity completely lined by mesoderm. The mesoderm lines the body cavity and surrounds the endodermic gut.
